This is only funny if you’re familiar with Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
At some point in my life I was pretty active on typology forums, and some of the conversations were ridiculous. Rather than using the personality theory for self-development, people like to use stuff like this to put others down and reduce them to stereotypes. (Not to mention the whole community and the theory itself gets a bad name because of these people.)
I wanted to make fun of the simplistic ways some people saw the personality types (except for their own of course), so I drew these little pictures, starring characters from my Solumea books, representing their own personality type. Needless to say most of these characters don’t act like this, and if they sometimes do, it’s not as pronounced as here. (Or is it needless? It seems some people didn’t realize this was a joke.)
